7-day return window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days from delivery we are unable to offer a return or exchange.
Conditions for return
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
- It must be returned with the original packaging, tags, and any free items included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
How to start a return
- Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm your request and share the return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and hand it to the pickup partner or ship it to the address we provide.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will collect your bank or UPI details to process the refund.
Non-returnable items
- Items marked as final sale or clearance.
- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
- Gift cards.
